Vrouw, eind zestig, met anale fissuur en moeizame defecatie

(Gravida 3, partus 3) met haar leven lang al obstipatie waarvoor ze al lange tijd macrogol slikt. Zij heeft wisselende anale pijnklachten en een pijnlijke defecatie, waarbij zij altijd moet persen ondanks de nu zachte ontlasting (BSS 4-5). Na defecatie is de pijn soms wel en soms niet aanwezig. Man 52 jaar met recidiverende urineweg infectiesMan met recidiverende urine weg infecties sinds enkele jaren. Uroloog vindt geen afwijkingen, oftewel een e causa ignota (e.c.i.). Man, 42 jaar, heeft last van een anale fissuur en klachten van anale jeuk. Meneer heeft zittend werk en zijn hobbies zijn golfen en computer-werkzaamheden. Het betreft een lange man, hij is ongeveer 2 meter. Hij is naar de bekkenfysiotherapeut gegaan om met name iets aan de pijn bij defecatie en de jeukklachten te doen. Lees meer

Vrouw ondervindt regelmatig last van het feit dat ze niet snel kan lopen zonder urineverlies, ook al is ze net naar de wc geweest. Ook niezen en hoesten geeft problemen. Ze is actief en houdt van wandelen, hardlopen en dansen, maar door deze stress-incontinentie lukt dat niet meer. Ze scoort een negen op de VAS met betrekking tot hinder.
